 How to Sign Up There is no cost to become a Sweet Rewards Member, either sign up at the restaurant and receive your card right away or fill out the form to the right. How to Earn Points You can earn points each time you dine at Sweetwaters Restaurant. Present your card to your server when you pay your bill, and you will receive one point for every dollar you spend, excluding tax and tip. Reward points will be credited based on the subtotal after all discounts and/or gift certificates are used. Sweet Rewards Members can earn a maximum of 500 points per private party function. The bill must be on one check, and only the member who pays the bill will receive points on his or her Sweet Rewards Card. You must present your Sweet Rewards Card at the time of purchase to be credited with points. How to Track Your Points Each time you use your Sweet Rewards Card, your cumulative point total will print on your receipt. How to Obtain Your Reward When you reach 250 points on your card, you will receive a gift certificate from your server that can be used on a future visit to Sweetwaters. Terms and Conditions Sweetwaters Restaurant reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions, audit your account, or terminate the program at any time without advance notice. Federal and state tax liabilities remain the responsibility of the cardholder. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to become a member.
